We are committed to ensuring you enjoy a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with clear and fair exchange option in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns & Exchange Guidelines

To initiate an exchange, you must notify our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us.

To be accepted for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in the exact same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original dispatch note or receipt must be enclosed.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds/money-back. We operate on a strict Exchange-Only basis.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the following terms apply:

  • You must contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are only valid for items in a new, resellable condition.
  • Exchanges are not available for sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • All shipping charges involved in the exchange process (returning the item to us and dispatching the new item to you) are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Shipping & Returns Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using Registered Post or a professional courier service to ensure the package is tracked.

Contact Us

Notify Customer Support within 2 days of receipt.

Return Your Item

Securely seal the item in its original packaging. Include your order number and reason for return. Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Warehouse Inspection

Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the item (1-2 business days).

Process Completed

Approved exchanges are processed within 3 business days of inspection.

  • Size or Fit Issues (subject to stock availability)
  • Defective or Faulty Items
  • Wrong items sent by us
  • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported immediately with photos)
  • Items not matching the description

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, Clearance, or Discounted Items
  • Party Frocks, Party Dresses, and Gowns
  • Formal Dresses and Blazers
  • Bags and Handbags
  • Gift Cards
  • White Garments (Once the package/hygiene seal is opened)
  • Intimates: Underwear, Lingerie, and Swimwear
  • Used, Altered, or Washed Items

Important Reminder

EXCHANGES ARE VALID WITHIN 07 DAYS OF RECEIPT with the original tag and bill, provided you inform us within 02 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
